At UNA-HAITI and NATS, the leaders recognized the true achievements of community leaders and Ministers, Public servants and Business individuals who have worked hard to serve the general public.

We also recognized that these hard works have not been properly rewarded and appreciated. We create a simple way of qualifiying those who have contributed to the succes and progress of others by contributing their resources to influence mankind in the proper way possible to make a difference.
